CMDITR Fellowships
To be eligible, you must be:
- A graduate student or postdoctoral researcher
- Currently in residence at or qualified to join a CMDITR partner institution (includes all universities receiving seed grant funds. Complete list of eligible institutions.)
- Working on Center-related education, diversity, outreach or research activities
- From an underrepresented group
How to Apply:
Students or postdoctoral fellows may be nominated by their faculty advisor at any time. The faculty advisor must complete the Online Nomination Form, and the candidate must complete the Online Application Form.

GEM-STC Fellowships
To be eligible, you must be:
- An undergraduate student majoring in engineering or science who plans to attend Graduate School
- A US citizen at the time the application is submitted
- From one of the following underrepresented minority groups: Native American, African American, Latino, Puerto Rican, or other Hispanic American
- Able to meet the minimum GPA requirements
How to Apply:
Students must apply for the GEM fellowship online at GEM's website.
