Graduate Student & Postdoctoral Professional Mentoring Program

What is Mentoring?
A form of teaching where the mentee is invited to actively observe and learn from the experience of the mentor.

CMDITR's mentoring program for graduate students and post‑doctoral researchers was created to provide career development opportunities for mentees by drawing on the experience and insights of mentors.  A long‑term goal of this program is to contribute to building a diverse science and engineering workforce.

Please use the links below to learn more about becoming a mentor or mentee, and apply online if you would like to participate.
